Just a good day.

What an incredible way to wake up! Alex had a bouquet of flowers delivered to my house today! What a sweet guy, huh? I then immediately fell back into sleep and woke up giggling to an earthquake. Does anyone else find joy from an earthquake? The earth is shaking right beneath you! What an amazing feeling being so connected to something so much larger then yourself. Well, I like it.



Mog Gazette. Amazing! Alex got into to this music website, mog.com, months back and I constantly poked fun at him for obsessing over a completely random website, but now I'm so hooked! My three new discoveries of artists this week:
-Dr. Dog (Indie stirred with psychedelic )
-Hercules and Love Affair (70's disco meets 80's house with androgynous vocals?)
-My Brightest Diamond (Trained opera singer mixes Indie and Experimental with a touch of Jazz)
All very different tastes of music to fill someone's pallet, but I enjoy adventuring into the art of music! AND I am very aware this music is already common to the usual hipster, but hey, I was living in a tiny village in Eastern Germany so gimme a break!
